- Check-in of passengers at the kiosk or counter
- Acceptance of luggage, collecting fees for luggage
- Rebookings for guests, if requested or due to delays
- Check travel documents according to applicable regulations of travel destination
- Assisting children traveling alone and guests with reduced mobility
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Impeccable criminal record; valid ZÜP desirable
- Willingness to work shifts at night & early & late (also weekends, holidays)
- Enjoy working in an international team at Frankfurt Airport
- Awareness that delays may occur due to weather, technology and many other reasons
